ABOUT
So what is the story behind M&M Patio and Landscaping?
Ron and Nina knew they wanted to move to Texas to live closer to their family. So they traveled from their home in Baltimore Maryland and build a home in beautiful Leander Texas.
Upon completion and possession of their newly built home, Ron and Nina wanted to be able to enjoy the weather at their newly built home in the Larkspur community. So what they wanted is a nice stone patio and rock surrounding their existing landscaping.
So now the tough work was to begin, to find a contractor to give them what they wanted on a $12,000 Budget. Ron called 6 different contractors and landscaping companies and got 6 quotes ranging from $8,900 - $12,700. The work they were shown really didn’t impress them. Then they got Fernando’s number, Ron called him and he came out and showed pictures of his work and told them they specialize in stonework and only gets business from referrals.
Ron was blown away! He told Ron he also has an excellent relationship with a local stone and rock supplier so his prices were very reasonable with low overhead. Ron liked him, got a quote for $5400, so Ron hired him immediately. The work they did was outstanding so Ron told a few of his new neighbors to come over to check it out. All of them loved it, hired them to do work, and it snowballed from there.
Ron was interested in and fascinated about the business and craftsmanship. So Fernando and Ron got together and talked, Ron made an offer to jumpstart the partnership, and Fernando accepted wholeheartedly.
